You will need to have separate internet for your practice. If you don’t have internet you can work with your Field Manager to explore options.
The Luxottica sublease agreement includes transferring your data that is in The Appointment Book (TAB) at no charge. If you have additional software, you’ll receive a discount of 50% off for a Practice Management and/or Electronic Health Record conversion. You will be responsible for paying those fees if needed. The RevolutionEHR team can help you determine if we are able to convert your particular software.
No. The RevolutionEHR agreement is with the doctor. Luxottica has no access to any of your practice data or patient information.
There are 3 steps to implementing RevolutionEHR in your Luxottica Affiliated practice. The first step is to decide whether RevolutionEHR is the right fit for your practice. The second step is to contact your Field Manager to sign a new sublease agreement that includes RevolutionEHR. The third step is to register by filling out the form on this page. Once you register, RevolutionEHR will reach out to begin the implementation of RevolutionEHR in your practice.
The RevolutionEHR agreement is between RevolutionEHR and the doctor. Since RevolutionEHR is cloud-based, it is not tied to the location or computers so you can login from anywhere and on any device. Should you leave to start a practice elsewhere, you have the option to use RevolutionEHR at that location. Simply notify RevolutionEHR as you take over the monthly payments. If you do not want to maintain access or usage of your records, you can transfer them to the incoming doctor as well. RevolutionEHR will need an email confirming your decision to transfer your records to another doctor.
RevolutionEHR has a minimum internet download requirement of 4 Mb/s and a minimum upload speed of 512 Kb/s. You can go to https://www.speedtest.net to test your internet speeds at no charge.
