Fee
We license our service as an ongoing subscription. Your monthly fee provides you with unlimited access to RevolutionEHR for all your doctors and staff across all locations and all devices. All software features, updates, management, security and backup of your data hosted in our data center is included.

One-Time
Set Up Fee
Our one-time set up fee is an upfront fee that covers your implementation and the configuration of your production environment.
Database
Conversion Fee
Many practices switch to RevolutionEHR from another software platform. Our data transfer team has experience converting over 70 different practice management systems and over 10 different EHRs into RevolutionEHR. Lean into our expertise, and don’t worry about losing your existing patient information and practice data. Our database conversion fee covers the process of importing your information into RevolutionEHR.
