Explore Top Contact Lens Suppliers for Faster Refills and Smoother Workflows

Choosing the right contact lens ordering system can save time, reduce errors, and keep your front office running smoothly.

But with so many vendors—and so much overlap—it’s not always clear where to start. The contact lens ordering industry includes a mix of distributors, fulfillment platforms, and clinical tools, many of which partner or integrate with each other. Understanding how they connect can help you choose a system that fits your workflow.

Below, we break down some of the top suppliers and how they support ordering, refills, shipping, and EHR integration.

ABB Optical Group

ABB is a leading U.S. distributor of contact lenses and specialty vision products. Practices choose ABB for its large inventory, simple ordering, and flexible shipping options.

Arrellio

Arrellio helps practices process orders automatically by integrating directly with their EHR. It also offers pricing tools, patient reorders, and status updates to support smoother workflows and stronger sales.

New Era Optical

New Era is a long-standing, family-owned contact lens distributor. Their e-dr. Network lets practices order contact lenses online, manage shipping, and use branded tools to simplify fulfillment.

FAIT Distribution

OOGP

OOGP is part of Nassau Vision Group and supplies a wide range of contact lenses to practices across the country. They offer tools to simplify ordering and ship directly to patients or offices.

Streamline Your Contact Lens Ordering System with EHR Integration

Ordering contact lenses across multiple systems can slow things down and increase the chance of errors. SmartFLOW is a free add-on to RevolutionEHR that connects directly to major suppliers, so staff can manage the entire process from one place.

It pulls product details from supplier catalogs, keeps orders accurate, and lets staff manage everything directly in the EHR. There's no need to retype information or track orders across separate systems. For busy practices, that kind of reliability keeps things moving and makes the process easier to manage.
