RevolutionEHR Announces Cloud-based Integration of Topcon Refractive Equipment with Introduction of Revolution Integrator Software

Madison, WI, February 22, 2013 – RevolutionEHR is pleased to announce the cloud-based integration of Topcon refractive equipment and RevolutionEHR. The integration leverages the simplicity of cloud computing providing RevolutionEHR customers a seamless, single click solution for automatically populating patient encounters in RevolutionEHR with data collected from their Topcon refractive equipment.

As a part of the integration effort, RevolutionEHR has introduced the RevolutionEHR Integrator which utilizes SOAP based web services to act as a software bridge between devices and RevolutionEHR.

RevolutionEHR Integrator communicates directly with the selected device(s), reads the data from the device, and then sends the data to RevolutionEHR in the cloud to automatically populate the patient encounter selected by the user.
